課程概述 |
This course aims to introduce the probability theory, statistics, and stochastic process theory appropriate to computational biology and bioinformatics. There follows the stochastic process theory behind the calculations used in BLAST (Basic Local Alignment Search Tool), which is in one of the most frequently used algorithm in bioinformatics. |
